1. Delivery Coverage
M Home Hub delivers to all metropolitan and regional areas across Australia. We partner with trusted national and local freight carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of bathroom fixtures, accessories, and related products.
Note: Some remote or island locations may be subject to extended transit times or additional surcharges. Please contact us before ordering if you are located outside major metropolitan zones.
2. Delivery Timeframes
All delivery estimates are approximate and commence from the date of dispatch (not order placement). Actual transit times depend on your location, carrier capacity, and product availability.

- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Special Orders / Custom Products: Lead times vary (typically 2–6 weeks). You will be advised of the estimated dispatch date at the time of order.
- Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you promptly if a significant delay occurs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination;
- Total weight and dimensions of your order;
- Selected delivery service level.
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over a specified threshold (as advertised on our website from time to time). Excludes bulky/oversized items and remote area deliveries.
- Bulky & Oversized Items: Bathtubs, vanities, shower screens, and other large-format products incur separate freight charges due to specialised handling requirements. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number;
- Carrier name and tracking link;
- Estimated delivery window.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking details for the carrier’s system to update.
5. Delivery Requirements & Inspection
5.1 Signature Required
Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
5.2 Inspect Before Signing
You must inspect all goods at the time of delivery. By signing the delivery docket, you acknowledge that the goods were received in apparent good condition.
- If packaging is visibly damaged, note the damage on the driver’s device/docket before signing.
- Refuse delivery if goods are clearly damaged or incorrect.
- Report concealed damage or shortages within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to [email protected]. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
5.3 Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. M Home Hub is not responsible for failed deliveries, additional charges, or lost goods resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
We offer free in-store pickup at our Thomastown showroom:

- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
- Orders not collected within 14 days of notification may be subject to storage fees or cancellation.
- Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID when collecting.
7. International Shipping
At this time, M Home Hub does not offer international shipping. All deliveries are restricted to addresses within Australia.
8. Changes to Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to update our delivery terms, carriers, timeframes, and pricing at any time without prior notice. The current version published on this page always applies.
