Binding Agreement: By accessing or using https://www.mhomehub.com.au or visiting our physical store, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of our services.

M-home hub operates both online (https://www.mhomehub.com.au) and physical retail locations, specializing in premium bathroom accessories, fixtures, and related products. We reserve the right to modify our business operations and product range without notice.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Product Specifications

• Color variations due to manufacturing, photography, or display settings are not grounds for return.

• Dimensional tolerances are subject to industry standards.

3.2 Stock and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels displayed are estimates only and not guaranteed. Special orders or custom products have extended lead times.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing Policy

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

• Pricing errors may be corrected at any time, including after order placement.

• In-store and online pricing may differ.

4.2 Payment Methods

5. Order Process and Acceptance

Orders placed online or in-store constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve absolute discretion to accept or reject any order. Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

• Timeframes: Delivery estimates are approximate only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

• Risk: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery attempt. Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur additional charges.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Strict Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Restocking fees may apply (minimum 15%).

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale: Custom-made/special orders, installed or used products, electrical items that have been connected, and clearance/sale items.

7.3 Defective Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Defects must be reported before installation or use.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

8.1 Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty for 1-3 years (as specified per product) exclusively for manufacturing defects.

8.2 Exclusions

Warranty does not cover: Change of mind, installation errors, misuse, normal wear and tear, chemical damage, or environmental exposure.

8.3 Limitations

Professional installation is mandatory to maintain warranty validity. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover labor or removal costs.

9. Installation and Technical Advice

Mandatory Professional Installation: All plumbing and electrical products must be installed by qualified professionals. DIY installation voids all warranties and guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M-home hub excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the lesser of the cost of the product purchased or $100 AUD.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, text, and images, is the exclusive property of M-home hub. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All disputes must first be addressed through our internal customer service process. These terms are governed by Victorian and Australian law.
